I think the world is against me. At least the powers that be that determine whether I can get out of this country (USA). I am trying to get my passport. But, I was born to military parents in Germany. All I have is an old thin piece of paper declaring I was born abroad to US Citizens. No birth certificate, no multiple copies...that was it. The Pasport Agency won't take it, because some mickey mouse newbie doesn't know his books! I can't point this out to them because the only way to contact them is a 900 number, and it's blocked. BHAT BHAT BHAT!

That felt better. I could go to vital statics but I was born abroad...only they have my record of birth. My old passport could be used as a sub, but I can't find it. It went missing at precisely the same time I needed it.
