As to my pressing question on traffic patterns and air currents. I have searched and found no sites explicably talking about it...but I did find an e-mail address to a professor at Texas A&M...hopefully that will yield results. It is a very interesting question...I think definately to be explored.

Update: The professor responded to my question...very very quickly...for interested metrological fans. There is no significant impact from traffic on air currents, weather patterns, et al...we are not as important as we thought...grin.
