Okay so my ode to Billy Idol post has gone to the doggies...and all the other little grams of genuii as well.

I am up at a highly suprising hour...9.30 am. I did go to bed early last night. I've been feeling strange...story of my life yeah...but still it's weird. I figure I'll get something done today...maybe a little shopping...clean up a bit.

So the unofficial U2 tour info has me less than excited. They'll be coming to Dallas...in April...in the middle of the week. I work for a mega bank and April is tax time...and my boss has already said no time off. And for all those who don't live in Texas and have no appreciation for it's size. A trip to Dallas from San Antonio is at least 6 hours. Wouldn't make it. BUT, if they do what they did last tour and swing bank to America and do a Houston or a San Antonio/Austin gig...then I would be happy..but what if they don't?? And as far as I can guess a second US leg is UP IN THE AIR. Damn it. It's not fair. Grrr.

But I will wait...it may not be so bad. It's is 2001 and it is my year...grin...anythign is possible.
