So, today was my first day back at work. Pfft I should have gradually worked my way up to it. I was ready to go home by 9.45. I couldn't sleep a wink last night truth be told, drove me mad. I watched the minutes tick by--the hours meander. All told I may have gotten 3 hours of sleep...maybe--but new to me...I WAS AWAKE ALL DAY. Amazing that! Usually I can call myself blessed if I don't fall asleep at my desk more than once a day.
