I had lunch with the grown ups this afternoon. Finally, I am considered grown up enough to go to the annual lunch with my Gran, Aunt and Uncle. Grin. It was very tasty. Being lunch time, I guess the Italian resturant we went to didn't have alfredo (my dish of choice when ever I can get my hands on it), but I did have a great chicken, pesto, olive oil, parmagian combo with angel hair pasta. And some great chocolate fudge cheesecake to top it off.

I believe the only difference between Italian resturants is the bread....it all comes down to the bread. You decide on which Italian place to go to based upon the bread. This place had great crusty bread.

Since it was lunch time, I suppose, the owner noticed my Gran admiring the carnation floating in brandy glasses and gave her a bouquet of carnations for her admirations. It was sweet. I love the Italians.
