Ewwww, gross, discusting...and who would want them now?? Especially that necklace...

More on the discusting and foul side...teens are arrested for dumping foul brown liquid on a river bardge downtown. Shudder. Yuck. Can you imagine??? I haerd later on the news that it was mostly urine...and what else....eeek.
