Q did not give this web page a proper intoduction!! This page makes risotto seem sexy, sensual, earthy, primal...I almost feel adulterous. Now, I gotta make this stuff! You know I love it when people truly love food...not the obssesive kind: pile it into your mouth, barely letting the food touch your tongue...but true love: lovingly prepared and chew till all the flavour has been taken in by your taste buds.
