Remember the movie Red Dawn? Remember how although it was disturbing, it wasn't so scary because oh it could never happen and it was foreign I didn't know how it felt to be in that sitituation.

Seeing it now, after 9/11, well it changed the whole feel of the film. It almost didn't feel real--no that's nto how I would describe it...liek i knew the fear...I understood the fear those character's felt. The helplessness...and I saw that Red Dawn was a movie...and my life was too frighteningly real.
