Darn it. I was going to blog about something...now I can't remember what is was.

Well, I ate the pumpkin seeds I roasted last night. I'm not sure, cause it was a smaller puumpkin (hence the seed shells are thinner) or that I first browned them in a very hot oven then slow roasted them...I am leaning toward the former...but I ate the seeds jacket and all...OH SO YUMMY.

What was i going to write about??
