I have absolutely no energy today. Yesterday was supposed day off...in theory. It was J.'s day off...so typically I get a bit of a break. Agh, we went to the Silver Stars game and Micci just knocked me out. I felt as though I went 10 rounds with a midget wrestler. My neck and upper back was so sore. So today I am just knackered.

But, you know it's a beautiful day outside.
