Biodome Anyone?

Unhappy Meals is an article I found today (via Slashfood). It talks about how convulted, biased, and often plain wrong the nutrionist message is. Better ways to eat, avoiding processed food products and focusing on food that actually grows. It's a long article, but well worth the read.

Between the messages we get as a culture from various sources, the over industrialisation of agriculture (plant and animal), and what is actually available on the supermarket shelves, I just want to buy an island, erect a biodome and create my own mini pre-industrialised earth.

And if you want a reason to stop eating pork from the grocery store, here's one. I made the mistake of reading it right after eating pork roast.
