I hate stress. Stress is a nasty six letter word I'm drowning in right now. Dreams have become spastic tossing and turning. I can barely talk anymore. And_it's_only_going_to_get_worse. The roller coaster at work is only just starting its incline. And now we are short a person and not likely to get a replacement until next year. Sigh. I need to learn to coast. I always pride myself on stepping outside my worries and getting on with life. But every so often the stress builds till it crumbles down on me. Only three times I can remember in my mature life that I can remember stress overwhelming me...15, 19, and 23....hey look a pattern every 4 years!! Christ!

I don't know if seeing the pattern is a good thing or not. Shrug. Like everything else it's just something I need to get over. Rise above and not let it stop me.
