The heat is becoming unbearable. Scrapping a hundred---and of course it's MUCH hotter because of the humidity. Sigh...And summer has not even truly reaches it's fiery climax. I hate summer. Thank the gods I work in doors...of course I can't wear cooler clothes for my treks out of doors...why...because my office is actually supposed to door meat! Smirk...actually it was meant to store computer networking stuff and so of course the room is set to be colder than any where else.

One of the worst things about a dreamless sleep...the feeling that you just fell asleep. And your night and sleep feel completely wasted and nonexistant. I much rather toss and turn and wake every few hours than sleep soundly through the night. Then I'd know I had a night and sleep.
