PBS has this really nifty show on Sundays. It's like Survivor meets the pioneer frontier. I think they delibrately got people that have really unrealistic expectations of what life was like back then. No clue about preserving, saving, recycling, creative uses for things, and thift. I think I'd do well on the show...but then again...I do tend to be a bit lazy when it comes to housework.

In any case, the programme made me feel guilty about being so lazy given the hard work it took just to wash a shirt.
