This is why I didn't read the book right before the movie. I didn't want to concentrate on our accurate the film was to the book or what happens next. That's what happened when I saw the last movie. So when I watched two towers, I was captivated.

Sad thing is I read the book at least twice in the past two years....but well we all know how bad my memory is.

What really impressed me about The Two Towers was how they captured the epic. They had a lot of opportunities to do "Braveheart" stunts...but they didn't. I also like how they shot the battle scenes. It could have overloaded the senses. I was on the verge of sobbing, the battle and the emotion was so intense, but they broke it up nicely with humour and such.

"17...grunt...18...clang...19...bash...20"
