It being March, I am beginning my gardening. I put my herb seeds to soak. Then I tried to dig up my herb garden plot. It's nice and black earth....but with lot's of roots (stupid purple streaked grass) and it's HEAVY dirt. (Do I need to buy better dirt or is that dirt good growing dirt??) So I only managed to turn a few square feet. I need to get gloves. Well my garden has a month to get nice and nurturing. In a day or so, I am going to plant seeds in my wee pots and then plant the seedlings when the time comes. Which by that time I hope to have a nice bed for them to live.

I also need to make some beds in another part of the yard for my vegetables. Carrots, beans, melons, broccolies!!! Yummy! Hopefully Q can give me some words of wisdom when she comes down for spring break.
