This just sounds wrong. Anyone who has watched Law and Order know that all sorts of damning evidence is with-held from juries. How are you supposed to properly decide a man's fate if the evidence that would prove beyond a reasonable doubt is withheld?

I am the first to admit that the justice system is flawed but we don't need to turn it into a capitalist machine.
