The adventure begins

I just put my Boston Baked Beans into the oven. I followed the recipe I found here. Let's hope it works out.

Let's hope I have an after that looks more appetising.

I had a dilema this morning. I don't really own a dutch oven. I have two stock pots and an old cast iron dutch oven with legs that we buried in the ashes to make peach cobbler on camp outs. So I used my pretty platlzgraff one...let's hope I don't ruin it's finish.

One last look before I close the door and cross my fingers.

Hmmm, it smells so good!
