Am I insane?!

So this summer, I am flying on an airplane to Virginia with two small children by my self. This is gonna be all sorts of fun. I have been scouring the web for hints and tips and what the hell am I gonna do when they want to screen us at security. Cause you know, a harried woman with a baby girl and a little boy IS a security threat.

Since we are travelling Southwest, I went to their site for tips in flight. Or how to make the most mess on the airplane for the crew to clean up afterwards. The FAA has great tips for the screening process: How to make this process FUN for kids. Thank god Micci isn't old enough to make pretend bomb threats. And for help with the carseat. I need to check if my overpriced carseat is FAA approved.

I hope someone has a camera at the airport because it is going to look insanely funny to see me trying to push a two seated stroller with a car seat perched precariously on top. Thankfully I can stow our carryons in the stroller basket. And yes, I will be the mom with two children secured with leashes and harnesses. Child wrangling at its finest!

So I think the answer is a definite YES!!
