I See A Theme Here

I've noticed a trend in my life. Great News and Horrible News are traveling companions, arriving with in hours of each other. Weird.

One of my best friend's is in the hospital and she's having a dear, needed part removed. My heart is breaking for her. I am also worried that the removal is the least of her worries...she's been awful sick lately.

On the flipside: today I got the most fantastic news. Something I have wanted for a long time has happened. I am validated! I am wanted!! (But I am not spilling the beans--too excited and I want to keep the secret) Yeah I am no fun. Grin.

These massive 180s are giving me whiplash.
