Read It. Read It NOW!

I got this from Neil Gaiman's blog (I LOVE reading my favourite writers blogs--it's safe, healthy stalking). It's a great story. I am looking forward to seeing the movie. I think that enthralls me so about Neil Gaiman's work is the creativity of his alternate/parallel realities. It's just perfect.

I've shook off (for the most part) that dreary heavy writer's block from my shoulders. It feels so freeing and lovely. I am trying to write every night--just to exercise the writer's muscle again--most of it is crap (I think) but in the spirit of Nanowrimo--it doesn't matter YOU ARE WRITING!!! Editing can come later.

I've been reading A LOT lately--so much so that I am pretty much ignoring my knitting. I mind. But, I tell myself I have been forsaking the reading for the knitting--so turn about is fair play. I just finished reading the Sookie Stackhouse series. Re-read a few Neil Gaiman novels...re-read some Anita Blake, gonna go and read Stardust,...yes written by Neil Gaiman.
