Well the Committee gave the 2008 Olymics to China. I just hope it doesn't go boom like the 1936 Olymics in Berlin and 1980 Olymics in Moscow did. Gave those (then) hostile countries just enough national fever to kill a few million people.

Note: Just for the record I don't have anything against the Chinese--just their government.
