I think I read somewhere that Nick Brendon (Xander on Buffy) stuttered. I feel good when I hear that actors (especially successful ones) admit that they stutter. I've stuttered ever since I can remember. It used to be a lot worse. Of course I have my good days and my bad days...sometimes I have clear concise, stammer free sentences...sometimes...I can barely talk. I've gone to all sorts of speech therapy...nothing works. It got worse actually in therepy.

That aside...I have never let it stop me. I talk all the time...the only way to get me to stop is to make me sit on my hands (proven fact). I enjoy public speaking. And I am not concerned Micci will "catch" it. I only hate it with all my being. I have so much to say and when I am not allowed to--it's so frustrating. Then there's the idiots in my first elementary school that pretty much convinced me to home school Micci.

What is really amazing is that James Earl Jones stammers too...so if Darth Vader and the voice of CNN copes...so can I.
