So do you want a chicken? Apparently it's become vogue to own your own chicken or chickens...as a pet...yeah right. Stupid sheep... Martha Stewart made it all the rage, when she sang the praises of owning pedigree chickens. Chickens are almost as bad as sheep. That's why I have no problem eating them in large amounts. They are dirty animals, mean tempered and will peck out your eyes, rather than look at you....they are notoriously cannibalistic. It's not like having a puppy or a kitten... Repeat after me they are not like puppies or kittens.

But for a few cents you can buy one from this guy. Of course don't go running to your wallet, make sure it's legal in your area to own one (thank GOD it's against our homeowner's association rules). So for only 30 cents you too can have your eyes pecked out. Sure chicks are cute, but like anything else, they grow up.

If you really like chickens...just buy a picture book and chicken nicknacks...you'll save your eyes.
