I hope my brother straightens out his act soon...or he's going to have to learn the hard way...and ti'll be mine and J's job to do it. And for a sister it's hard. Well it looks liek Phil is beginning to incur some debt with us. Typical Phil idioticy...thankfully it's in our contract for him to pay for any damages. And THAT'S why folks you always have contracts when dealling with housing issues.

I won't go into detail here until give J. the "good" news. Poor man has enough to deal with without this latest problem.
