Let's talk about ice cream. My all time favourite ice cream just came out yesterday--Tin Roof Sundae. It only comes out in peanut season. Yum yum...chocolate covered peanuts...in vanilla ice cream with fudgy swirls. My second favourite when I can't get Tin Roof is Rocky Road--which always seems to be available even if it isn't peanut season. Why then can't I get Tin Roof??? Sigh.

Then there is Brindle's that make their own ice cream in the back of the shop...there my favourite is Hazelnut Ice Cream...ah sweet heaven.
