Thanksgiving Eve

J. made sweet potato casserole (without marshmallows thank you very much) this morning and it made the whole house smell like Thanksgiving. We're going to make another one tomorrow for our Thanksgiving (this mornings was for work potluck)...just to make the house smell thanksgivingy. Since my family went to my other grandma's for the holiday, we're going out to eat after J. get's off of work tomorrow.

I am going to miss our family thanksgiving...although I am not sure why. Because I always build up the perfect thanksgiving up in my head, the real thing never seems to be wonderful enough. So now it is up soley to me to make this thanksgiving count. But I will miss my mom's rolls...I LOVE her rolls.
