The new wine?

I love the way she talks about chocolate...you'll need to scroll down a bit...unlike me chocolate is NOT her entire existence.

Anyway, she compares caco beans with grapes. Most chocolate is an amaglamation of different beans from different regions, but to get chocolate made from just one bean type fromt he same region...you notice the difference. That is intriguing. J. actually would love to learn to grow caco beans, self roast them, THEN make our own chocolate. And I thought he didn't understand me and chocolate.
