So this is what vacuum feels like

Today sucked big time. It felt like I was in a vacuum the entire day. My heart felt cold and empty. I feel foolish that I feel this way....looking back on the events of thsi morning I don't really understand why it hurts this much.

After all it was just friends snubing friends...it happens all the time...why do I feel like my heart has just been squeezed dry? Was it because this is just the last in a long line of hurtful painful snubs and insults? Is it because I feel that my friends are family and they fill my heart as a family does?

I cried so much today that I have a headache. And I feel dumb...why did I get so upset. It's just a birthday party. Nevermind the second birthday party they wouldn't go to. Sigh. I don't know if I want to snub them back and nip them out of my life or keep on going like I always have pretending I wasn't hurt to my core.
