I had a very carthartic moment with my mum. It healed alot of wounds. Found out we both hurt and want each other back. Now comes the talk with my step dad. He's hurting right now...partly me, yes, but also other things. Nonetheless we need to talk. And I need to beg him to co-sign the car. I can't have it unless I have a co-signer...SIGH. (Oh did I tell you...I am looking into a 1997 Nissan Sentra. Steel grey, very classy, spacious--oh yes I did mention something like that :-) ) I am going to talk to him tonight about everything. And begin the healing process. I wish my mum and I could have talked longer...we needed it. Oh well, it was a start.

In the flat: everything is coming along nicely. The front room is set up: the living room, dining area, and office. It's a bit bare...we'll the final decorating will come next paycheque. I am going for a red, orange, gold african motif in the living room/dining area. Then a oriental, blue, green motif in the office. The back room is partially set up...bed made, book shelves filled...boxes still everywhere...clothes scattered...I'll start on that tomorrow. I am going for a white, airy feel in that room--with the bath room continuing that feel. I finally got my clear shower curtain....grin.

Well I feel a bit more settled...this weekend WILL tell. If you pray, or chant, or meditate...send me your good postiive vibes.
