Guess what time it is?? Yes, boys and girls you guessed it!! Rant time! Gather around and I'll scream and pull my hair.

Okay, does and can any state/country claim they have the safest/best drivers? Every place I've been to...horrible, deplorable drivers!! How hard is it to use that little knobby on your steering wheel to signal a turn?? How hard is it to use that knobby BEFORE you brake suddenly???
