Example of humans under stress

Big time ewww. An obvious breakdown in food sanitation procedures.

Employees searched for the fingertip, but could not find it. The area was cleaned and sanitized, but the lettuce was placed in a cooler and then used for salads on Tuesday.

Ummm, hello this just seems to me like a no-brainer: throw away the lettuce too. McFly!!! Hello! They claimed they were so panicked by the blood and getting the poor guy to the hospital to follow proper procedures. Sounds fishy to me.

And the poor girl had_it_in_her_mouth.

Personally if it was me...I would have bagged up all the lettuce and taken it into the hospital with me.
