Gosh am I lucky

After reading Dooce's account of being fired for her blog and countless other accounts. I am AMAZED I never got fired. I can now say that I worked at Citibank as a retirement specialist while I blogged and frequently blogged about all sorts of things...sometimes work or people at work (although I never mentioned the company)...wasn't as evil a company as all the other's out there.

In fact, all my bosses had my website (from my resume) and I know one of my higher up lateral bosses read the site frequently from her work desktop. Maybe they liked me...maybe they were good people. My lateral boss was awesome...my direct boss...has her good moments...and her boss was clueless (I walk out on my last day before I went on maternity leave and a resignation 3 months later...I said good bye and he says, "But you're only 6 months.")

But any way...God...I feel blessed by really great bosses.
