I missed April Fools

Too damn busy. I went to the OB yesterday and got prescribed ice cream...go to the preggo blog for more...then we got STEAK. YUM YUM YUM!!! I was in heaven. A nice 12 ouncer with a HUGE baked sweet potato. Nothing better. Then we took Mic to the park...which ended in tears cause Mic always want to play with the big kids and he's just too little. Especially when those big kids are 14. He wanted to play basketball with the half dozen boys play on the b-ball courts.

Then, we brilliantly decided to go to our homeowners associations board meeting. It was a circus, zoo, and freak show! A 4 hour circus, zoo, freak show!! And I learned an important lesson: Don't take Micci. It was toture until he finally crashed in his stroller. And what was depressing...we were told that although the meeting was longer than usual, it was tamer than usual. Excuse me while I swear!

Today...it rained and rained and rained. It's funny, I'd expect Micci to be afraid or startled or even curious about the thunder. Nope. He goes along like he didn't hear that rumbling. Now he'll jump at the boom...he's not deaf...but then he'll go on playing like nothing ever happened. He was more upset that he couldn't go out side and play.
