The best part of your holiday meal!!!

The Turkey soup you make afterwards. Oh J. finally made his turkey soup las tnight...it is SOOO good. I gorged myself las tnight on hot soup...which was alifesaver since it was really cold last night...the first freeze of the season.

I also got my IUD yesterday...I was concerned about insertion pain. Not to bad...it's not something I want done all the time and it does pinch a little and there's lot's of pressure. It's nice not to have to take a pill everyday...and the insuracne covers it better than it covers the pill.

Lorelei also got her first round of shots yesterday. She handled them very well...much better than Mic who screamed like a banshee and wouldn't calm down. Lorelei cried then stopped after it was done. And like Mic I nursed her for comfort...walking all over the place. I left Mic with Grandma J, so he wouldn't have to hear her get her shots. He's so protective of her, I think it would upset him more than it upset her. So Mic had a fun day playing with Grandma.

I can't believe it is already December. Three more days till my birthday...27. It feels so much older than 26. It feels older than 25 was from 26. I had a whole rant about it the other day, but blogger had an error. So that dismal pouting was lost forever.
