We contributed!!

I feel good. On the news today they said that sales where up by more than 10% yesterday, good for the economy yadda yadda, and I helped...alot! Of course we avoided the malls and stuck to the deep discount stores...Wal-Mart, Target, and Big Lots

Micci's christmas, birthday, and easter shopping is done for at least this year, next year and possibly the next...if not next then Lori's. We struck it big at Big Lot's in the Little People department. We also got things that we're little jewels int he dust...my Winsor Pilates tapes that were on sale for 15 bucks (down from the 40-60 bucks that they were on TV), 1974 box set of the LOTRs and Hobbit books, vintage strawberry shortcake fabrics, and Lipton Tomato Parmesan pasta!!!!!, which I had not been able to find at my grocery store. But it's good to know it still exists.

What's odd though is that my grocery store has stopped selling hot cocoa canisters...only packets...I like the freedom to dump as much cocoa as I can into the hot water and those packets are a nuisance!!

Well, anyway...we just need to finish Lorelei's shopping...clothes I guess...what do you get a 3 month old?? She's not even interested in the boxes yet. I am not sure what to get my brothers...they're in boot camp right now and they can't take anything back with them....Phil wants legos (still...and he's almost 21!!!), can they take toasters into the dorms (once they get out of boot camp??). I knw what to get Kim and my Dad, my mom is makign it difficult by getting a perm,and WHAT to get Quentin...he's not family but I feel obiligated since he's living with my parents.

And as for me...see my wish list to the side there.
