The Day of the Telemarketers!!!

Da da DUM!!!

I don't mind the telemarketers that want to sell me something or refinance this or that. I HATE telemarketers that tell me I have won something! And if I act now, but buying this thing or giving them this or going to this place I'll be a winner. How can you say you are not interested in winning something. It's like they have you caught in a bear trap, with no escape. You have to think fast to get free.

I get those sort of calls once a week. Today I got three in a row. Sigh. The first one I tried hanging up, but he called BACK!!! Argh. He told me I won great free stuff all I needed to do was to give him my checking account number so he could debit the three dollar shipping fee. Umm yeah right! Can you say scam? Hang up, yeah right...I just lie and say I am on well fare--that takes care of the "winning" phone calls I get. Those people just want me to buy something eventually...typically something expensive.

Okay, before I lose my mind some one call ME that doesn't want me to buy or win anything. Just calling to say hi, how are ya?
