Teeth conundrum

For the past two weeks Lorelei has been trying to grow her top two teeth. Her gums are swollen and painful: she is miserable. One of them is about to make an appearance, I can barely see it and I can only feel it with my fingernail poking her in the gum.

I nearly jumped for joy, her pain will be over!! Then I didn't. Alas, but mine may be just beginning. Sure, I'll teach her not to bite the nips that feed her, but she'll try those new teeth out with the two bottom ones she already has--just to see what happens.
