The Favour-Day 3

My parents are out of town, in Ohio. My dad is graduating from a course thingy and my mom went to be supportative. Plan was that Kim would go as well. BUT, Kim doesn't like going to school and missed too many days this year. If she wants to pass to the next grade she needs to go to make up days this week. So I was drafted to watched her this week and make sure she goes. So we are camping at my parents' house until they return. (Funny, though, when I asked when they would be back they were very evasive. Well if they don't come back I'll just put Kim in a foster home. But we're not telling her that.)

Yesterday was Day 2 and so far Craig and I aren't speaking. Craig is a self absorbed, egotistical boy with delusions of importance. We had a bit of a yelling match and now, well speaking just seems like it would lead to another fight. He's home today because it's Memorial Day, but he's not home home...since of course he can't spend a shred of time with the family. Heck I don't blame him, but on the other hand he could make an effort. God knows I do.

But so far so good in other respects, Kim is behaving herself. I haven't had to lay my foot on her throat so that's good. But it's only now day 3. Yes I am going to continue to count down the days.
