Comfort Food

It's been stormy since last night. Now, the weather is just blah...wet and grey. But, finally cool...I don't have to worry about my flip flops melting to the pavement.

Now, I am finally in the mood for my favourite comfort food. Dumplings in creamy chicken soup. With my baking mix, it takes minutes and I get filling, warm starchy goodness. This is why I can never go on a South Beach or Adkins diet...starch is my lifes blood. Hmmm, potatoes!!

So here's the easy peasy recipe...although I use Pioneers (it makes MUCH better pancakes).
