Niceties in the Animal Kingdom

Last night Micci and I were watching Big Science: Pre-Human: Riddle of the Skull and Rise of Man on the Discovery Channel, definately interesting talk trying to explain to a 4 year old what exactly the people are he is watching. Anyway, we only caught the tail end of Riddle of the Skull, where the pre humans look more like apes than Humans. We watched a saber tooth tiger attack a group of pre-humans and eat one of them.

Mic turns to me and said "That wasn't nice of the lion to kill that Chimpanzee. He didn't ask first!!"

I stifled a belly popping laugh and told him, "No he didn't." Mic went on, "That was mean and nasty."
