My purse

Having a daughter ensures your purse will never be strictly yours again--it will never be the haven for everything you own on God's green earth--never the highly personal object of affection.

It will be empty most of the time--it's contents strewn about the floor and the purse itself dangled off the arm of aformentioned daughter. And when ever you go grocery shopping or out to dinner or get stopped by a police officer you will PRAY to al the major and minor dieties that have ever been worshipped that you bank card and/or license is still in your purse.

Right now I am desperately looking for heath insurance and hospital parking cards for Lorelei's doctor's appointment--the one where we have to leave for in one hour.

Which I am sure I won't find until AFTER I get home from the appointment.
