Happy Christmas Eve

More ornament fun! I know you've been waiting with baited breath...

It is so odd that this year is nearly over--really WHERE did it go? It was better than 2007 in most ways. A LOT better than 2006 (remember the year Murphy moved in?). I finally found the missing Christmas Stockings--woot! We're all set--for tonight and tomorrow--I just need to tidy up a bit.

The cookies are baked; most of the presents are wrapped; and as you see the stockings are hung by the chimney with care. Onward ornaments!

The first one is as old as I am. I am not sure if I got it for my first Christmas (as an nearly newborn) or my second (as a new one year old). The ball I made when I was a teenager with bits of fabric and a styrofoam ball.

These are recent ornaments, but two of my favourites.

The first ornament is a ceramic ornament my Grandma Ruth made for me when I was ten. The other angel ornament I got for myself last year.
