Neat and Tidy

Well, my Bompi passed this morning. I woke up dizzy, answered the door, heard the beeping of my phone and listened to the phone tell me he was gone. I am still dizzy. It's funny our your heart can feel both heavy and light at the same time.

It somehow seems fitting for him to pass on the last day of the year.

Sigh.

This year has been a tough one. It's not been a fun place in Birdy's head this year. My heart has been broken...and I am slowly repairing it. But it'll take a while--most days I am fine and then something happens and I turn into a mess. With my Dad coming back into the picture, I've had to deal with my trust and abandonment issues and relearning how to get passed all that.

2009 will certainly be interesting. I don't know if peace will find me, but I can always strive for it. I am really not one for retrospectives: my memory sucks too much for much of that. If you're curious just click back into the archives...and watch me say nothing while I say a lot. As for what this year will bring: I am hoping once again to improve my organisation...I think it is my life quest. Trying to transform a slob into some one that does dishes daily and has a tidy living room.

So it goes.

aw, im sorry he passed, atleast hes in a better place.. soo you saw life house?.. theyre great, met them a month ago aswell as Rick Rubin (metallica's producer) at a small blues club here in hollywood. went to disney land for new years, the kids would enjoy it, and the animitronics are absolutely amazing i had to look twice i thought it was a real person standing there they made Johnny Depp look so real!

and of course the fireworks were epic, the best ive ever seen..

anyway hug and kiss to everyone, i miss you all. hopefully you can all come visit sometime..

ive had a few teachers that have worked with U2, ill try to pry them for information *smirk*
