Something you learn as a wife

We actually means YOU. We need to get the house clean. Translation: YOU need to get the house clean. We need to train Micci to stay dry at night. Translation : YOU need to get up at 3am and drag a sleeping child into the bathroom and coax urine out of a sleeping boy. And so on.

Last night we were attacked by 5 or 6 (at least) flying cock roaches of various sizes while we slept in our beds. I can't think of any thing more distrubing...especially when you can shake that creepy crawly feeling of flying cockroaches bounching off your skin. Argh. It took me an hour to fall back asleep.

Yes the house is cluttered right now, but seriously I am getting overwhelmed and I am not the one that leaves ones work clothes all over the FLOOR. Sigh. I really want ot tell this to J, but it was just father's day and friday is his birthday. Now is not the time to get into a fight with him about this issue.

Yes I am being a pussy. I admit it. I hate confrontation. Even when Whataburger gets my order wrong...LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO...and I have to DRIVE back to get my chicken strips with a baby who seems to be glued to my side...I never yelled at the idiots that KEEP getting my order wrong. Sigh.

Oh did I mention J also hates confrontation? Funny isn't it. I am sure he has all sorts of rants to throw my way.

Okay I need to confess sometimes I use the "We meaning YOU" trick too...we need to clean the garage. Translation: YOU need to unpack you crap form our move in 5 years ago and throw away all that trash. We need to mow the lawn. Trnasaltion: YOU needto attack that jungle we call a backyard and don't forget to trim the bushes down a few feet because the are now touching the eaves of the house.

We need to stop being so damn polite with each other.
