Celebrating early...

J and I took advantage of Phil being here to go out by ourselves and celebrate my birthday a week early. (Hint hint). It was nice so very nice to go out just by ourselves and eat without having to feed little vulture mouths or chase an ansy boy that doesn't want to eat anything. We also saw Rent...whichwas awesome. And there are a ton of movies i want to check out next month.

Thanksgiving was awesome and the smell of Turkey soup is in the air. Phil leaves tomorrow and we probably won't see him until just before he goes to Afghanistan. I am going to see if I can get him to blog his experience there.

Wonder how I am doing with nanowrimo?? Ha ha HA!! Between the oral operation, holiday craziness and the fact that I began to hate my characters...it didn't go further than 900 words. I feel bad, but then again...do I need nanowrimo to write. NO I can write whenever I want to. So there! I just need to sleep and then I'll be able to think.

I finished knitting Lore's dolly's clothes...and I am now starting on a matching hat and cardigan for Lore hereself. Yes, knitting has become my crack.
