Too good to be real

We went to the Spurs game last night...and a Silver Stars section leader meeting...the free Spurs tickets were fantastic perks. While waiting in the VIP area for our escort to take us upstairs, who should I see in person and few feet away? Our man, Tony Parker's girl friend, Eva Longoria. I was suprised. She is a teeny tiny little thing...a wee little midget. TV adds about 20 pound a quite a few inches to her. She might even be thinner than me, and THAT is amazing. Also, TV lights and makeup make her look amazingly beatuiful and perfect. In real life, okay pretty, more on the okay side of pretty.

It puts it all into perspective...to look THAT great on TV..it takes a team to make you look 6 inches taller and as beautiful as an angel. Because, folks, and I am not saying this to be mean, but honest...she looks a little careworn and older in person. Not the perfect pin up that so many girls might be trying to aspire to. She is like everyone of us. Average, normal...albeit a teeny little midget.

Down side of the awesome Suprs game (we won 101 to 89) Lorelei decided 10 minutes after we started the meeting that she was goign to try to break in a brand new molar and she screamed for nearly 3 hours straight.
