I can relate

This from my favourite celebrity gossip website, The Superficial, I can relate to Angelina's situation with her Dad.

Mom stop reading or you'll get all upset--if you continue reading and you get all offended--it's your own damn fault!

My Dad in particular told me several times that I had mental problems and until I got them taken care of I would be a failure in life. My mom was convinced I was bi-polar. And both spent several years very diappointed that I somehow wasn't a perfect person--that not only got good grades, was virtuous, and never touched drugs or alcohol--but kept her room neat as a pin (that was my downfall--I am a terible person because I am a cluttered person). It is amazing from growing up with all that through my teenage years and young adulthood, that I DON'T have mental problems!!

And I am sure if my parent's HAD access to voice their optinions on national TV they certainly would have availed themselves to it.

Jon Voight should have kept his pie hole shut and leave his opinions about his daughter to himself.
