Avoiding NaNoWriMo

I stumbled upon NaBloPoMo --National Blog Posting Month-today. First thing I thought wow what a great way for me wiggle out of writing in my novel. Then I went to the site--where I was promptly met with a gun (gotta love that!!)--and I liked the idea even more. Compelling myself to write daily and sharpening my monologue writing skills and perhaps getting my readership above it's average dozen a day.

Then I saw the participant list. My blog name sucks. Well not sucks...but it's not very eye popping is it? Does any one remember it? Can they even pronounce it?? Dubh Croi is Irish and it means dark heart. And it's pronounced doov croy. I was tempted for a few seconds to change it. But I have had this blog title (before it was even called a "blog" way back in 1998. (I'll post an example if I can ever find the link.)

Yeah I am still down that I can't attract for readers after all this time.
