Halloween Devilment

Well I was tinkering with Phisto's Blog this morning--fixed the stupid archive problem. Turns out newer blogs from blogger (after 2004) don't get an archive page of there own. But, they can have archives on the main page. That's awful handy and it saves having to navigate away from the main archive page and somehow finding your way back. It makes perusing my old posts much easier...or would if I put MY archives on the main page. Well...I have archives dating back to April 2000...that would be ALOT of links on every blogger page.

If I put them to the side right over there...it seems as though there is plenty of room...but if you are reading a single post...well then it will produce a vastly bigger white space in the main column. I do have ALOT of archives. BUT if I put them at the bottom--I am leaving a ton of white space to the side because I do blog alot. Hmmmm. I do like Powazek's idea of creating content space at the bottom of a blog to create desire to read TO the BOTTOM of the webpage. Hmmmmmm.

I have been toying with a redesign...but I am not sure. I really like what I have now. While I am toying with the idea...send me some comments and I'll take in account what my faithful readers postulate.

Did I mention I have been up since 7.15am?? I had to draw on Jamey's head for his Halloween costume. Once again he is Charlie Brown from the Great Pumpkin...complete with a doodle performed by Lucy on the back of his head to illustrate how to carve a jack o'latern face. Too bad there is a pumpkin shortage...
